Job Purpose To effectively manage day-to-day departmental activities, closely monitor work execution, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain smooth coordination among employees and departments.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Supervise employees and provide necessary guidance and support.
Maintain close follow-up on tasks, targets, and departmental requirements.
Coordinate with HODs and other departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure employees follow company SOPs, policies, safety, and discipline requirements.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned authority.
Maintain and review departmental records and reports.
Track attendance, work allocation, productivity, and performance where applicable.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding pending activities.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
Support management in implementing new processes and instructions.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.




Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, EHS, quality, and company requirements, wherever applicable.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in a relevant field.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant supervisory/managerial experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹49,433.24 per month
