Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and verify clinical data from Case Report Forms (CRFs) into study databases in accordance with established guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with database testing, documentation preparation, and clinical data processing across multiple projects.
- Support User Access Management for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and maintain related documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of data management activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform medical coding activities and other assigned tasks to support successful study completion.

Education

- Master s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

Skills Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of Clinical Data Management.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ICH Guidelines and Positive Clinical Practice (GCP), including regulatory requirements related to clinical development programs, data handling, and data processing.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively within teams, inspire collaboration, and motivate colleagues to achieve project goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality while working under deadlines.
