Solar PV Systems Technical Trainer - GridLynk Solar Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram.
A typical Solar PV Designer's job will predominantly revolve around the following three key responsibilities:
- Conducting Workshops, Trainings & Seminars
- Preparing PowerPoint Presentations & Training Program Schedules
- Monitoring & Evaluation of the complete program
- Hands-on Training on Solar PV Plant Installation (on-Grid & Off-Grid) and Operations & Maintenance
Depending on the specific position and role, your job will involve some or all of the following:
- In-Depth technical knowledge in the field of Solar Systems & applications.
- Expert Knowledge on PV Modules, Inverters, Batteries, Module Mounting Structure, Cables, etc.
- Conducting & Training of Installation and O&M; workshops on field.
- Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field
- Familiarity with Solar Energy related software like PVsyst, PVSOL, AutoCAD, etc.
- Knowledge of IEC standards and other Standards to be followed in the industry
- Answering queries of participants and help them clear their doubts
- Coordinates with management team to develop complete proposal packages. Work across functionally with sales, project management and other teams to ensure internal deadlines are met
Typical Qualifications Expected
- Educational qualification: Electrical Engineer or Engineering Background
- Experience: 5+ Years

- Should be ready for field visits
- Should be versatile to perform project management role if needed
