- Provide after sales support to customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot issues with medical devices and equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely resolutions, effective communication, and proactive issue prevention.
Job Requirements :
- 1-13 years of experience in after sales engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of medical device technology and servicing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
