Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Work primarily with Java and Ruby-based systems.
Contribute to frontend components when required.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
Mentor junior engineers and help drive engineering best practices.

Education / Eligibility
8+ years of Mobile development experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Java.
Positive working experience with Ruby.




Some frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of backend design, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Experience working with production systems.
Positive debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Elixir.
Mobile development exposure: iOS / Android.
Experience with Kotlin.
Cloud and infrastructure experience with AWS.
Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines.
Experience working in high-scale or data-heavy systems
