About Role:

We are seeking a Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation to lead research, data collection, analysis, and reporting activities that strengthen our program impact and organizational learning.

Key Responsibilities

Research, Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting

- Conduct robust research, program impact evaluations, and develop knowledge products based on organizational priorities
- Coordinate data collection processes ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, and analysis
- Prepare high-quality MEL reports and scientific knowledge products for internal and external stakeholders

Facilitating Learning and Knowledge Sharing

- Document and share key learnings, insights, and best practices across the organization
- Integrate MEL findings into program planning and improvement processes
- Organize and facilitate learning workshops, review meetings, and forums for reflection

Stakeholder and Donor Support





- Meet donor reporting and compliance requirements
- Prepare evidence and inputs for grant applications and donor presentations

Required Qualifications

Education:

- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Population Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related fields

Experience:

- 5-7 years overall experience (preferably in the development sector)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research or monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in MEL framework development, impact evaluation, and data collection processes

Skills:

- Proficiency in statistical tools/software (Excel, SPSS, or R)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to collaborate and support cross-functional teams
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
