Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and/or .NET.
Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into reliable software solutions.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and other developers.
Understand existing applications and implement enhancements and recent features.
Provide technical support and resolve production issues when required.
Work with US-based clients/teams and communicate effectively regarding technical requirements and issues.

Technical Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.




Strong programming knowledge in Java or .NET.
Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
Experience with SQL/database systems.
Positive knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
Experience with debugging and application troubleshooting.
Understanding of Git/version control.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Good understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Experience working with international/US clients.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a development team.
Willingness to work US shifts.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science or a related qualification.

Experience: 5+ years in software development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
