We’re looking for an Engineering Manager, Software Development to lead a talented team building scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications for one of the world’s largest online marketplaces.




In this role, you’ll combine people leadership, technical depth, and execution excellence. You’ll develop engineering talent, guide architecture and technical direction, and partner with Product, Design, Platform, and other engineering teams to deliver impactful customer experiences at global scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop Engineers: Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of ownership, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive Technical Direction: Partner with senior engineers to guide architecture and design of scalable, distributed, resilient, and secure systems.
Own End-to-End Delivery: Lead the complete software lifecycle—from design and development through testing, deployment, production operations, and continuous improvement.
