Job Summary
Ensure reliable operation of instrumentation and control systems through effective troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rapid restoration of critical plant equipment during shifts.
Key Outcomes
Minimize equipment downtime through effective instrumentation support and troubleshooting.
Maintain accuracy and reliability of field instruments and control systems.
Ensure secure and timely execution of instrumentation maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot field instruments including pressure, flow, level, and temperature instruments.
Perform calibration, testing, and verification of instrumentation systems using approved standards and tools.
Maintain PLC, DCS, control loops, and associated instrumentation for reliable plant operation.
Execute preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Support shutdown maintenance, commissioning, loop checking, and project activities.
Inspect instrument cables, terminations, transmitters, and communication systems.
Coordinate with production,
electrical, mechanical, and maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, LOTO requirements, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.
Drive reliability improvement initiatives to reduce recurring failures and improve equipment performance.

Qualification Experience
