A rapidly expanding organization in the electric vehicle sector is seeking a Lead – Talent Acquisition to oversee strategic recruitment for specialized and essential positions. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to develop robust talent pipelines and address complex hiring challenges within a swiftly changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the full recruitment process for specialized, technical, and leadership roles throughout the organization
? Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
? Enhance and maintain sourcing channels for specialized talent within the electric vehicle and battery sectors
? Promote hiring excellence by refining processes,



aligning stakeholders, and enhancing the candidate experience
? Serve as a strategic talent partner, facilitating business growth through effective talent planning

Must Have:
? 6–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on niche or complex hiring
? Proven track record in managing strategic recruitment initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders
? Previous experience in the electric vehicle, battery, or related deep-tech industries is preferred
? Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to recruitment
? Ability to excel in a quick-paced, rapidly growing environment
