Role: Intern HR (with scope for full time employment based on performance and business requirements)

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Work Mode: Only WFO (Work from Office)

Role & responsibilities:

The intern will be mentored by a senior HR professional in the team, who will oversee the intern’s involvement in daily HRBP function. This role shall provide the support for HRBP function for all administrative tasks as needed and ensure workforce needs is aligned with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, confident, and have a strong ability to engage and support diverse teams.
- Must have a passion to learn and grow in HR function
- Must be having basic knowledge of MS office
- Education: MBA/BBA with a strong passion for Human Resources. (Outstanding candidates from other branches with strong passion for HR can also apply)
