Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing data-driven projects and a strong expertise in Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget while leveraging Databricks for data analytics and processing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple data projects utilizing Databricks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.




- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Databricks, including data engineering and analytics.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Databricks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced workplace.
