Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
Define project scope, allocate resources effectively, and set realistic timelines
Track project milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth project execution
Identify and eliminate roadblocks through proactive problem-solving
Manage project risks, maintain detailed documentation, and resolve issues promptly
Continuously drive process improvements to optimize team performance
