Role Overview

The Lead, Externded Workforce Regional is responsible for owning and governing Applied Materials extended workforce program across the region.



This leader ensures compliance, operational excellence, workforce agility, and risk discipline while building and leading a highperforming team that supports a complex and fastgrowing business.

This role serves as the regional authority for extended workforce operations and is a key partner to Strategic sourcing teams, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders.

What You Will Do

Regional Program People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a regional Extended Workforce operations team.
Establish transparent priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability across the team.
Ensure consistent execution of global Extended workforce policies, processes, and controls.
Act as escalation point for complex workforce, compliance, or supplier issues.
