We are looking for a energetic and technical professional to support the Paper Machine 4 in the commissioning, stabilization, and operational readiness of the specialty paper machine project. The role will involve coordination, execution support, process monitoring, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project activities during commissioning and stabilization phases.
Responsibilities
Support commissioning, trial runs, and machine start-up activities
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, and vendors for smooth execution
Monitor machine parameters, process performance, and product quality during trials
Assist in SOP preparation, documentation, and reporting
Support troubleshooting during commissioning and stabilization phases
Track project activities, material requirements, and operational readiness
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards




Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and process efficiency
Required Competencies
Basic understanding of paper manufacturing processes and paper machine operations
Knowledge of specialty/greaseproof/adaptable paper manufacturing will be preferred
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional project environments
Positive analytical and documentation skills
Willingness to work in commissioning and start-up environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to paper machine projects, operations, or commissioning support
Understanding of process parameters, refining, and quality monitoring
Familiarity with safety and operational procedures in manufacturing setups
