Core Responsibilities:
Have complete oversight of Collections Recovery with process, structure,business systems operational solution perspective.
Design, develop and execute Collections strategies to optimize performance anddrive growth.
Manage all lending portfolios products of Clix and oversee collectionactivities to maximize efficiency.
Perform as a Subject Matter Expert in Collections Strategy to managediscussions and decisions from portfolio process designs, reporting systems,and proposed technology workflows
Define and allocate annual, quarterly and monthly collection budget metrics toallocate resources efficiently.
Collaborate with the key account management team to expand the portfolio andunlock recent use cases.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implementcorrective actions.
Work closely with the data analytics team to gather insights and translate theminto actionable strategies.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance collection processes and userexperience.




Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to design effective collectioncampaigns.
Ensure effective consumer lifecycle management to maximize collectionefficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimizecollection performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices incollection management.
Solid combination of business analytics and operations skills with an abilityto see the big picture
Enable scalable processes creation with a hands-on approach.
