Roles Responsibilities:
Must have hands-on experience in EdgeCAM toolpath generation for 3, 4 5 axis machines, preferably for aerospace structural components. Must have experience in NC Simul verification error rectification.
Demonstrate knowledge of 5-axis machines and their post-processors, such as Mazak I700, CV500, VTC 800, etc.
Experience in NC Setup planning Fixture design is preferred, Experience in NC process optimization cycle time reduction is preferred, Should have awareness of cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.
Should read interpret engineering drawings Condition of supply data, knowledge of CAD Modeling Drafting is preferred. Should have Effective communication and soft skills
