Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and cloud-based security solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to analyze logs, monitor system performance, and identify root causes of incidents.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional tea
