Supervise extrusion coating/lamination operations and ensure smooth production.
Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, coating thickness, and line speed.
Ensure product quality as per specifications and minimize rejection/wastage.
Handle machine operators and coordinate shift-wise production activities.
Ensure timely changeovers and optimum machine utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams.
Troubleshoot basic process and machine-related issues.
Maintain production reports, wastage records, and shift handover details.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
