Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CPQ qualified to join our team in a long-term production support role. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CPQ, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently analyze and resolve production issues.

Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for CPQ applications.
Investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, configuration, and pricing.
Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process/product improvements.
Support releases, deployments, and production changes as required.
Maintain proper documentation for incidents,



resolutions, and known issues.
Work proactively to ensure system stability and availability.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and CPQ
Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in production support / application support
Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of CPQ processes, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote generation
Experience of handling production incidents, defects, and service requests
Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
