Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in product design using Creo. The candidate should have solid knowledge of plastic component design, injection moulding, GD&T;, DFMEA, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Experience in the automotive, consumer durables, electronics, or EMS industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo.
Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs.
Design plastic parts considering injection moulding guidelines.
Perform DFMEA to identify and mitigate design risks.
Apply GD&T; standards and tolerance stack-up analysis.




Ensure DFM/DFA compliance for manufacturability and assembly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.

Support prototype development, testing, and engineering change implementation (ECO/ECN).
