Role & responsibilities
Working on BFD & Detail engineering design complied with project requirement in consultation with process lead/Engineering consultant.
Prepare capex in consultation with process lead and project manager.
Prepare/Review all process engineering deliverables developed by detailed engineering consultant, e.g. PDS, P&ID;'s, MB, EB, Hydraulic calc, Equipment layout, Equipment sizing, etc.& arrange and provide necessary inputs to other stack holder (Instrument, Mechanical etc)
Review Equipment GA
Work in compliance with all safety rules & regulations.
Resolve queries related to process / piping / equipment layout of execution team during project execution.
Having Knowledge of Technical & formulation Setup.




Prepare / review TCS of all equipment's.
Project pre commissioning & commissioning.
Prepare project handover documents including As built documents.

Specific Skills
Chemical Engineering with minimum 4+ years of experience in carrying out Detail Engineering
Exposure on troubleshooting & Commissioning of plant.
Process Engineering calculations like – Line Sizing, Valve sizing, PSV sizing and hydraulic calculations.
Preparation, checking and finalization of PFDs and P&IDs.;
Interface with vendors, consultants, and site execution teams.
