Lead end-to-end application development using .NET / .NET Core
Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture
Take ownership of technical decisions and solution design
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables • Develop RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and Microservices • Design and optimize database structures in SQL Server • Implement performance tuning and application optimization techniques • Mentor and guide junior developers • Collaborate with business, DevOps, and cross-functional teams • Manage releases, deployments, and production support

Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
Experience building Web APIs, REST services, and Microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and performance

tuning




Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Preferred Skills
Experience with containerization (Docker) is a plus • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is an advantage
Experience in enterprise-level application development • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience & Qualifications
610+ years of experience in .NET development • Prior experience in leading and mentoring a development team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
