Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience managing construction and delivery of large infrastructure or capital projects.
Proven experience in project planning, execution, design coordination, tendering, estimation, and construction management.
Solid expertise in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Excellent understanding of EPC/EPCM project delivery models and construction contracts.
Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure Management, or a related discipline.
Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA will be an added advantage.

Planning & Execution




Lead end-to-end execution of large infrastructure projects across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, utilities, transportation, industrial, power, water, or urban infrastructure sectors.
Develop comprehensive project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and implementation schedules.
Drive project delivery in line with defined scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance monitoring frameworks.

Schedule & Cost Management
Develop and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Track project progress, identify schedule slippages, and implement recovery plans.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Review contractor progress, payment certifications, change orders, and commercial impacts.
