Role & responsibilities :

Business Growth & Revenue Generation
Identify, develop, and acquire current customers in the electronics, automotive electronics, industrial automation, consumer electronics, and EMS sectors.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Drive business growth through recent product introduction (NPI), contract manufacturing, and electronic solutions offerings.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to provide customized solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract management.

Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the electronics industry.




Identify growth opportunities in areas such as PCB assemblies, embedded systems, IoT, EV electronics, industrial electronics, and semiconductor applications.
Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend business strategies to management.

Proposal & Commercial Management
Lead RFQ/RFP responses and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and business agreements.
Work with costing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable quotations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and program management teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support new product development initiatives and customer onboarding activities.
Facilitate smooth transition from business acquisition to project launch and mass production.
