Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including product configurations, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing change requests, tracking RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and coordinating with suppliers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial equipment or machinery industry.
- Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM systems for managing product data and processes.
- Robust understanding of Product Management principles, including configuration management and change request management.
