Position: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, customer queries, promotions, and overall day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage products and listings on e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order delivery.
Monitor sales, website performance, and product availability.
Manage promotional offers, discounts, and online campaigns.
Respond to customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Monitor competitors and market trends.




Ensure product information and online store content are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
Valuable knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, or other online marketplaces will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
