Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (images, pricing, descriptions)
Track and fulfill online orders, coordinate with logistics partners
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, or email
Liaise with our social media agency for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock both online and offline
Generate weekly sales reports and track key e-commerce metrics
Coordinate with store team and backend operations for stock syncing
Assist with uploading content (blogs, banners, product drops) when needed
Comfortable in supporting e-commerce website launch, including handling plugins, product uploads, photo tagging, and basic website updates.




Able to list and manage products across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, ensuring accurate product details and listings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
