Role & responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, brands, businesses, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partners through online research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Assist in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
- Understand the company's products and value proposition and effectively communicate them to prospective customers and partners.
- Support the team in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, discussions, and communication with prospective and existing clients/partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Work with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to support successful execution of partnerships and business initiatives.




- Track business development metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline, outreach, conversions, and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and experimenting with new growth channels, partnership models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve business growth and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients, businesses, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Robust interest in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, or Strategy.
- Good proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and presentations.
- Highly proactive, organ
