Key Responsibilities
Develop schematic designs, 3D visualizations, and presentation packages for residential and commercial clients.
Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, floor plans, construction documents, and specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants to ensure design integration.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, municipal regulations, and zoning laws.
Conduct site visits, assess construction progress, and resolve design details in office.
Manage client communications, budget tracking, and project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Experience:



Freshers or 1+ years of skilled experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3ds Max,D5 Renders, V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Knowledge: Robust understanding of building codes, structural details, and construction documentation.
Soft Skills: Excellent spatial reasoning, client communication, and team collaboration skills.
Licensure: Professional architect registration/license preferred (or actively pursuing).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
