Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per the daily menu.
Prepare hygienic, tasty, and nutritious food for residents/students.
Plan and prepare food according to the required quantity and menu.
Maintain consistency in taste and food quality.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
Monitor kitchen stock and inform the management about required ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of provisions.
Coordinate with the hostel/management team regarding menu and food requirements.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: ₹9,207.88 - ₹37,404.94 per month
