About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, content, and community. This is an early -stage, high -impact role where you’ll work across multiple growth channels and directly with the founder to shape how developers discover and adopt VideoSDK.

What You’ll Do

- Write high -quality technical blogs around real -time communication, WebRTC, and product use cases

- Create technical video content explaining product features, tutorials, and integrations

- Drive developer -focused content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

- Build and engage with the developer community (online + offline initiatives)

- Experiment with multiple growth channels (SEO, social, developer platforms, events)

- Work closely with the product and engineering team to simplify complex concepts into clear content

What We’re Looking For

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a technical or developer -facing role

- Good understanding of software development fundamentals (React, JavaScript/Node.js preferred)

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through writing or videos

- Interest in content creation, developer marketing, or community building

- Hands -on mindset with willingness to experiment and learn fast

- Good communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with WebRTC, APIs, or real -time communication products

- Exposure with Voice AI and AI Automation.

- Prior experience in technical writing, developer advocacy, or content creation

- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, OBS, video editing, or blogging platforms
