Role Overview

The DCS Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing chemical plant operations through Distributed Control Systems (DCS). This role offers exposure to a government-based company environment, providing long-term career advantages.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor DCS systems to ensure smooth plant operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve process control issues in real-time.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for productive workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
Prepare daily reports and maintain operational logs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).




Experience: Minimum 3 years in chemical process industries with DCS exposure.
Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of chemical plant operations.
Hands-on experience with DCS systems (preferably Honeywell, Yokogawa, or Emerson).
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
