Job Description

Form and Motion is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

You’ll work across branding, social media, marketing, and digital/print projects turning ideas and briefs into thoughtful, visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials
Develop brand identities, logos and visual systems
Design brochures, posters, advertisements, packaging and other print/digital collaterals
Translate creative briefs and ideas into effective visual concepts
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across projects
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts
Prepare artwork and final files for digital and print production
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Stay updated with current design trends, tools and visual styles

Requirements
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy and layout




Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Good creative thinking and visual problem-solving skills
Ability to understand a brief and develop original concepts
Robust attention to detail
Ability to receive feedback and refine designs accordingly
A portfolio demonstrating your design skills is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects or other creative tools is an added advantage.
Understanding of branding, advertising and social media design.
Previous agency or qualified design experience is an advantage.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and positive design fundamentals are welcome to apply
