Job Role: Embedded Silicon Validation Engineer

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and debug Embedded C software, device drivers, and validation frameworks for SoC platforms.
Develop Bare Metal and RTOS-based software for SoC subsystem validation.
Work on Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon validation using emulators, FPGA platforms, and silicon boards.
Perform SoC bring-up, debugging, and performance characterization.
Develop and validate drivers for UART, I2C, SPI, eMMC, USB, and I2S interfaces.
Work with ARM architecture and SoC subsystems such as Camera, Display, GPU, Memory, and Security.
Work with ZeBu, Palladium, Veloce or similar hardware emulation platforms.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Embedded C / C programming.
Experience in Silicon Validation / SoC Validation.
Experience with Pre-Silicon or Post-Silicon Validation.
Solid understanding of ARM architecture and SoC integration.
Experience in Device Driver Development, Bare Metal, or RTOS.
Hands-on experience in SoC Bring-up and low-level debugging.
Knowledge of FreeRTOS or similar RTOS.
Exposure to Linux, Git/Gerrit, and hardware emulation is preferred.
