Role & responsibilities
Training Program Planning and Coordination
Develop and manage training schedules in collaboration with training partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely launch, execution, and completion of training batches in accordance with project timelines and program guidelines.
Coordinate batch planning, assessments, certifications, and graduation activities.
Training Partner and Faculty Coordination
Liaise with training partners to ensure the availability and deployment of qualified trainers.
Support onboarding and orientation of trainers and partner organizations.
Ensure trainers have access to required teaching materials, resources, and infrastructure for effective program delivery.
Infrastructure and Operational Management
Oversee the readiness of classrooms, laboratories, equipment, and learning resources prior to training sessions.
Coordinate with administrative and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Facilitate timely resolution of infrastructure and operational challenges to minimize training disruptions.




Trainee Support and Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for trainees throughout the training lifecycle.
Address trainee queries related to schedules, attendance, assessments, certifications, and placements.
Foster an engaging, supportive, and learner-centric setting to enhance trainee satisfaction and retention.
Monitoring, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
Track trainee attendance, learning progress, assessment results, and program outcomes.
Ensure compliance with approved curricula, training standards, reporting requirements, and partner commitments.
Support quality audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of training batches, attendance, trainer performance, assessments, and trainee feedback.
