Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior/Lead AI Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, RAG and enterprise AI platforms.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing, developing and deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions and should be comfortable working across AI, cloud, backend and deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy LLM, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Design and architect scalable RAG solutions.
Develop and optimize AI/GenAI/Agentic AI models and applications.
Design and lead multi-agent systems for Lead-level positions.
Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, APIs and backend systems.
Implement AI solutions using enterprise AI frameworks and platforms.
Work with CI/CD pipelines for AI application deployment.




Follow best practices around AI governance, AgentOps and responsible AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Use modern AI SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex and similar tools.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
Robust experience in LLM, GenAI, Agentic AI and RAG.
Microsoft AI Foundry experience is mandatory.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as:
AWS Bedrock
Databricks Mosaic AI
Microsoft AI Foundry
Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform
Snowflake Cortex
Experience with enterprise agent frameworks such as AgentBricks, AWS AgentCore, Agent Studio or Snowflake Cortex Agents.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Solid understanding of AI application architecture and deployment.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/GenAI.
Overall experience of 6–12 years p
