Position - Wealth Manager

Location - Mumbai

Work exp- Minimum 2 Years

Salary - uptp 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with affluent, HNI and premium banking customers.
Acquire current customers and grow the existing customer portfolio through referrals and lead generation.
Understand customers' financial needs, investment objectives and risk profiles.
Offer suitable wealth management, investment, insurance and banking solutions based on customer requirements.
Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Demat/Investment products, CASA and other retail banking products.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, AUM and portfolio growth targets.
Maintain regular contact with customers through calls,



meetings and relationship-building activities.
Identify prospects for increasing customer wallet share and product penetration.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Investment, Operations, Credit and Service teams for smooth customer servicing.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with KYC, AML and internal banking policies.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide relevant financial/investment updates to customers.
Handle customer queries, escalations and service requirements effectively.
