Edit long-form YouTube videos — reviews, unboxings, comparisons, and feature explainers

Cut and assemble raw footage into fast-paced, engaging, retention-focused videos

Add text overlays, captions/subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics

Sync voiceovers, background music, and sound effects; clean up and balance audio

Colour correction and grading for a consistent, premium look

Content & visuals

Insert B-roll, product shots, screen recordings, and on-screen callouts (specs, prices, pointers)

Design or format thumbnails when required

Maintain each channel's style and the "Mat Lena ya Le Lena" proof-based brand identity

Keep hooks solid in the first few seconds and pacing tight throughout

Meet publishing deadlines and launch-day turnaround timelines

Handle multiple projects and channels at once

Organise and back up project files, footage, and assets properly

Apply feedback and revisions quickly and accurately — a correction given once shouldn't repeat

Skills & conduct

Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci or similar)

Willingness to keep learning and improving editing skills

Maintain strict confidentiality of unreleased content and scheduled uploads

Be available for outstation event/shoot travel (Delhi, Mumbai, etc.) when required

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
