About the Role

MYTYLES is looking for a highly proactive and execution-oriented
Experience Center Development Manager
who will take complete ownership of establishing our recent Experience Center
from scratch to fully operational stage
.

This is a
hands-on project ownership role
. The individual will be responsible for planning, procurement, vendor identification and onboarding, technical coordination, execution, installation, quality control, timelines, budgets and final readiness of the Experience Center.

The ideal candidate should be a
person of action
, capable of independently coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, designers, technical teams and internal stakeholders and ensuring that the project progresses without delays.





The person should be able to walk into an empty/under-development site and take ownership of transforming it into a
premium, functional and visually impactful MYTYLES Experience Center
.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Experience Center Establishment
- Take complete ownership of the Experience Center project from
Day 1 to final handover
.
- Understand the design concept, drawings, layouts and customer experience requirements.
- Convert design concepts into executable plans.
- Prepare project timelines, milestones and execution plans.
- Coordinate all activities required to make the Experience Center operational.
- Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks and risks and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure timely completion without compromising on design, quality or functionality.

2. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project execution schedules.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, fabrication,
