Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
- Review construction plans and conduct on-site inspections to ensure structures are built as designed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for upcoming projects.
- Recommend design modifications and construction methods based on structural findings.
- Solve design and field issues promptly during project execution.
- Prepare structural reports and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and materials in construction engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent certifications preferred.




- 0-3 years of experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Proficient in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE).
- Strong knowledge of materials science, load calculations, and building codes (e.g., IS codes).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing RCC structures and framed buildings.
- Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable construction methods.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools and software.
