About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable
Senior Technical Lead
who can operate as a hands-on engineer, technical leader, and solution architect.

This is a broad
player-coach role
rather than a traditional people-management position. You will work across software development, architecture, technical leadership, troubleshooting, prototyping,



and customer-facing technical discussions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ambiguous and complex problems from definition through production while working across a up-to-date technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development and solve complex engineering and production problems.
- Design, review, debug, and optimize backend, frontend, data, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Own or guide end-to-end architecture for complex product and customer requirements.
- Make sound decisions around scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and cost.
- Translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear designs and implementation plans.
- Lead architecture and design reviews and identify technical risks early.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and MCP-based integrations.
