JOB DESCRIPTION – HR Trainee

Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Internship Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Job Opportunity: Based on Performance
Post-Confirmation Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Trainee who is interested in building a career in Human Resources. The intern will receive practical exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Coordination, Documentation and HR Administration.

After successful completion of the 4-month internship, candidates may be offered a full-time job based on their performance, attendance, attitude and overall contribution.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in End-to-End Recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.




- Support Onboarding and Joining Formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave tracking.
- Support preparation of HR letters and employee documents.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly HR MIS Reports.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree / MBA HR / BBA / B.Com / related qualification.
- Freshers interested in starting a career in Human Resources are welcome.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
