Sales Order creation through dispatch

Role Overview

The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, invoicing, documentation, ERP updates, coordination with internal teams, and dispatch. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end order processing cycle
, from Sales Order creation to final dispatch.




- Create and maintain
Sales Orders, invoices, and other required documentation
accurately and within defined timelines.
- Update and maintain order and operational data in the
ERP system
.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending orders, documentation, invoicing, and dispatches.
- Verify order details, pricing, quantities, customer information, and supporting documentation before processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers using
MS Excel
.
- Identify operational issues, discrepancies, or delays and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
