Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for senior management. The candidate should be well-versed with local routes, ensure vehicle maintenance, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Transportation
Safely drive company vehicle for management and official purposes
Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per schedule
Travel within city and outstation as required
Route Planning
Plan effective routes to avoid delays
Be familiar with Madurai city routes and nearby locations
Vehicle Maintenance
Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in valuable condition
Perform regular checks (fuel, oil, tyre pressure, etc.)
Coordinate servicing and repairs when needed
Safety & Compliance
Follow all traffic rules and regulations
Maintain valid driving license and required documents
Ensure passenger safety at all times
Skilled Conduct
Maintain punctuality and discipline
Ensure confidentiality of management travel and discussions
Exhibit polite and respectful behavior
Documentation & Support
Maintain travel logs and vehicle records
Assist with basic office or field-related errands if required
Eligibility Criteria:
Valid Driving License Mandatory
Minimum 1+ Years as a personal or company driver
Good knowledge of Madurai routes and Tamil Nadu highways
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
