Job Title: Data Entry Operator Logistics

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our logistics operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining shipment, order, inventory, and delivery-related data in company systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update shipment, order, dispatch, and delivery data accurately.
Maintain records of invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR/GR numbers, and transport documents.
Update shipment status and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain daily MIS reports and operational spreadsheets.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update system records.
Handle data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
Perform data entry using MS Excel, ERP, WMS, or other logistics software.




Ensure timely completion of daily data-entry and reporting activities.

Required Skills:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Experience:

1–6 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or back-office operations. Freshers with valuable computer and Excel skills can also apply.

Education:

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
