Hello Dear, Greetings We are having opening of Maintenance Manager profile with Leading API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing for Vapi Location.
Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
Lead installation & commissioning of current equipment and projects.
Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
