Provide support to the Application Support team for API-related activities
Work on bug identification, analysis, and resolution
Offer hands-on support for APIs and related integrations
Utilize Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL with practical experience on Windows/Linux environments
Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional application teams as required
Perform operational checks (daily, weekly, monthly) in line with IT process guidelines
Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements
Review incident reports and identify prospects for automation
Update and maintain SOPs and user manuals as needed
Collaborate effectively within a hybrid team setting
Proactively identify application vulnerabilities and engage security teams/vendors for remediation

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years
