As a Technical Architect, you will drive the technical vision and architecture strategy for critical areas of the Polarion platform. You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Security, User Experience, and other LCS product teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-ready solutions that serve thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, influencing product direction and creating architectural foundations for future innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Architecture Leadership
Define and communicate long-term architecture vision aligned with Polarion product strategy.




Drive architecture decisions impacting multiple product areas and engineering teams.
Establish architectural standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps.
Lead technical design reviews and architectural governance.

Product & Platform Evolution
Architect highly scalable and resilient enterprise software solutions.
Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform transformation, and SaaS enablement.
Identify and reduce technical debt while ensuring sustainable product growth.
Ensure consistency across platform services, APIs, and integration frameworks.

Cross-Portfolio Integration
Drive technical alignment between Polarion and the broader Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem.
Define integration architecture with Teamcenter, Capital, cloud services, and third-party tools.
Lead interoperability and traceability initiatives across the digital thread.
