Own solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle including:
Requirement Gathering
Solution Design
Development Coordination
SIT/UAT Support
Production Deployment
Hypercare Support
Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects while meeting business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Development, Testing, Operations, and Business.

Digital Transformation Integration
Drive API enablement and reusable common capability creation.




Design and implement integration solutions between policy administration systems and B2C digital assets.
Identify prospects for automation, digitization, and process optimization.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to create future-proof technology solutions.

Production Support System Reliability
Ensure production stability, performance, and availability of assigned applications.
Drive production issue resolution and closure within agreed SLAs/TATs.
Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with business stakeholders.
Monitor application health, performance, and capacity utilization.

Governance, Compliance Audit
Build and manage governance frameworks and operational processes.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, IT Governance, Information Security, and Compliance standards.
Own and track closure of audit observations, compliance gaps, VAPT findings, and information security recommendations.
